BookZero collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, and any messages you send to Partners via WhatsApp. We also collect anonymous usage data such as the pages you visit, your device type, and approximate location (city level) to improve the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the marketplace, facilitate contact with Partners, prevent fraud, analyse trends, and improve listing quality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing with Partners
When you contact a Partner through a listing (for example via WhatsApp), the information you share is exchanged directly with that Partner. BookZero is not responsible for how a Partner handles your data once shared. Partners are expected to comply with applicable UAE data protection laws.
4. Cookies and Analytics
BookZero uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used and to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
5. Lead Tracking
When you view or interact with a listing, we may record an anonymous lead event (such as a listing view or WhatsApp click) so Partners can understand their performance. These events do not include sensitive personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information held by BookZero. To exercise these rights, contact BookZero support through the Partner Dashboard.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
BookZero is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Rental services require a valid driving licence, available only to adults.
10. Changes to This Policy
BookZero may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
